My visit at Sparks was such a pleasant experience. Such nice people at the front desk and a comfortable waiting area. Service did not take as long as expected and I was given a very detailed explanation of everything tested. I left with printouts of everything and an estimate of the one thing that needed to be addressed at some time in the future.

You will not find better technical or personal service at this business. It is family-owned, well-established, and everyone there is dedicated to professional and friendly service. Some of their technicians have been with this company for 11-14 years. I can think of no better a sign of reputable company than that. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

They are always looking out for the safety of our vehicles. They also worked with me this time when changing appointments for one of our cars. Got a ride home and also a ride back to Sparks to pick up car. We have been customers for 19 years. They are pleasant and know their cars.
